Bears Slay Dragons, Look to Bag Cardinals!

 Bear Lake Bears! 

First off, the service a thon went very well! Our school helped with highway clean up, painting around town, and gardening at the hospital.  Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make our community a better place for everyone!

Last week volleyball did really well and beat both Aberdeen and Malad This week, there is a volleyball game in Soda on Thursday, C-Team starts at 5, JV at 6 and Varsity at 7.  After that districts begins on Saturday in West Side. The Lady Bears still hold #1 ranking in the state.

Football played Malad last week and won 20 to 8. Defense did well, only allowing one touchdown.  Jaxon Garbett had two out of Bear Lake's 3 interceptions. This week they face the Soda Springs Cardinals on Friday in Soda, with JV starting at 4 and Varsity at 7. 

Cross country ran at the Bob Conley last week which was in Pocatello. The majority of our runners either set a season record or a personal record. The girls team is now very close in Hypothetical ratings to the #1 spot. This week they will go run at the Preston invitational on Wednesday. 

FFA this week has a few freshmen that will be going to Burley for the State Soils competition on Wednesday







The Sadie Hawkins dance is less than a month away. It is November 7th from 7-10 pm so make sure you get your dates. If you don't know who to take, refer to Miss Biss because she has the list.

  7. What is your favorite part of being a teacher?   Changes everyday

  8. What is your least favorite part of being a teacher? hard

  9. What school would you like to teach at other than Bear Lake?no where

  10. What extracurricular activities were you interested in, in high school? Student council, drama,  What do you like to do in your free time? Spend time with family, and cook, all things food
